- comments: observed no employee health policy on site as required; must provide. Instructed the person in charge to provide documentation of employees responsibility to report any illness transmissible through food. Priority foundation 7-38-010 citation issued
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no paper towels or sanitary hand drying devices at hand washing sink in front prep area. Instructed manager to provide. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: noted employee washing dishes at the 3 compartment sink without setting it up to wash rinse and sanitize as required by the code. Sanitizer not used to set up the sink. Instructed management always to set up the sink when washing equipment. Priority violation #7-38-005
50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed no hot water throughout establishment. Found improper hot water temperature at hand washing sink in front prep area at 71. 5f, hot water temperature at hand washing sink in rear/ dish area found at 70. 5f, hot water temperature at 3-compartment sink found at 72. 3f, and hot water temperature at hand sink in men's bathroom found at 71. 3f. Instructed manager proper hot water temperature at hand washing sinks must be at a minimum of 100. 0f or higher through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Hot water temperature at 3-compartment sink must be at least 110. 0f to properly wash, rinse and sanitize utensils and equipment. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed unused equipment and unnecessary articles in no in use walk-in cooler. Instructed manager to remove all unused, unnecssary equipment and articles to prevent pest harborage.
