- comments: observed improper minimum water temperatures ranging between 88. 0-92. 7f at handwashing sinks in facility. Observed improper minimum water temperatures at handwshing sinks in second floor women's washroom(sink 2 and 3) and second floor men's washroom(sink 3). Instructed a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Priority violation 7-38-030(c)citation issued.

- comments: observed mutiple shellstock tags from june and july 2024 with no date when the last shellstock from the container is sold or served. Instructed the date when the last shellstock from the container is sold or served shall be recorded on the tag or label. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed cold tcs food(sliced tomatoes) held at improper temperature of 50. 7f instructed all cold tcs food must be held at 41f or below. Corrected on site manager voluntarily discarded and denatured food valued at $4 weighing 1. 5lbs. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed over 25 small flies and over 10 large flies in facility. Observed small fly activity in rear of first floor bakery and first floor front pizza/deli prep area. Observed large fly activity in second floor front meat/seafood display/prep area. Instructed to eliminate small and large fly activity in facility and clean affected areas. Recommended pest control service facility on or after 9/5/2024. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
