- comments: must clean and maintain interior of the meat display coolers on the selling floors. Must remove spills and debris. Also clean the meat slicer between use and needed to prevent build up.

- comments: observed a leaky pipe underneath the 3 comp sink in the starbuck kiosk. Must repair and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors need detail cleaning in the follow areas to remove spills, debris and/or grease: kitchen prep areas, walk in coolers and rear storage area along the wall base and in corners. Also walls need cleaning in the prep kitchen prep area to remove spatter.
