- comments: observed hand washing sink in 1 of 2 single-person customer toilet rooms not working properly. Water only comes out periodically when the hand is waved in front of the sensor. Instructed manager to ensure water constantly flows from faucet to allow for adequate hand washing. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
