10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: no hot water in the women's washroom, presently hot temperature at 54f to 56. 9f. Must provide hot water with a minimum temperature of 100f at all washbowls. Adequate hot water found at all other sinks. Observed employee and customer's using the washroom. Instructed manager proper hot water temperature at hand washing sinks must be at a minimum of 100. 0f or higher through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Priority violation 7-38-030(c),citation issued. At 10:45am manager on site repair issue. Presently hot water at temp of 100. 5f.

- comments: interior of ice machine upper compartments not clean excess mineral build-up ice is used at butcher's instructeddisplay cooler. Instructed clean, sanitize and maintain unit.

- comments: instructed to properly label food storage containers identified with common name (bread crumbs, panko, flour etc) in all prep area.

41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: must store wiping cloths in prep areas in sanitizer bucket between uses to prevent cross contamination. Instructed to maintain.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: must not use milk crates as a means of elevation for stored items.
