- comments: observed no paper towels at hand washing sink in prep area. Instructed manger to provide paper towels or sanitary hand drying devices at hand washiing sink for proper hand drying. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c) refer to previous violation for citation

- comments: observed clean multi-use containers improperly stored inside sink in bar area. Instructed manager to remove and properly store, cover and invert all clean multi-use equipment.

- comments: observed single service utensils stored on floor, unwrapped straws not covered, single service containers not inverted in bar area. Instructed manager to cover, invert and elevate all single service articles to protect from contamination.
