- comments: observed single service utensils stored on floor, unwrapped straws not covered, single service containers not inverted in bar area. Instructed manager to cover, invert and elevate all single service articles to protect from contamination.
50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed no hot running water at 3-compartment sink(61. 2f) and hand washing sink(63. 2f) in bar. Instructed manager to provide at least 110f water at 3-compartment sink and 100f water at hand washing sink. Priority 7-38-030(c) citation issued
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed soiled and stained walls and celings in prep area. Instructed manager to clean, paint and maintain.
