- comments: observed kitchen multi-use utensils not properly stored in rear main cook line. Kitchenware utensils must be properly stored and inverted with handles-up to prevent contamination before use.

- comments: observed torn door gasket inside of the 2 door stand-up freezer at front prep area. Instructed management to replace the torn door gasket and maintain.

- comments: observed water leak at base of faucet of the 3-compartment sink area. Instructed to repair plumbing leak and maintain.
