My mum and I visited on Sunday 19th October and had lunch in the downstairs cafe. We had a baked potato with veggie chilli, avocado and cheese, with an apple juice. I stayed over 's with Mom who lives in Aldwick near Bognor Regis and left the following morning around 10:30. All was fine during the day and then I woke at 4:00 a.m. Monday morning with the most awful sickness. I did not stop vomiting until around midday. I could not leave my bed all day. I had chills, my body was aching and I was very lethargic. I had no idea that mum was ill with it too until later that day when my sister came to look after me. Luckily we are both over the worst now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
