Throughout the unused basement bar, behind the basement co2 tank storage, in several storage closets throughout the premises, under compressors in basement, throughout the rear dry food storage area and shelving. - comments: all raw wooden shelving in basement storage next to the ice machine and the wooden shelving inside the walk-in cooler must be non-porous, painted/sealed to be smooth and cleanable.

Holes noted in walls and baseboards throughout the basement must be sealed. ----expanding spray foam used as a sealant throughout the premises to seal openings in walls, ceilings and floors must be removed/cut down to be smooth and cleanable. ----noted dirty floors with excessive grease and dirt throughout the basement dry food storage, under all coolers, shelving, under and behind all cooks line equipment, throughout the basement bar, behind the ice machine and adjacent compressors. ----walls throughout the cooks line with grease and food splatter. Must clean and maintain all. -----raw exposed stone wall at the basement dry food storage shelving. Must provide smooth, cleanable walls and ceilings throughout the dry food storage and box freezer storage without open cracks, crevices, holes, or openings.
