- comments: observed evidence of pest on premises. Found 3 roaches on premises in kitchen and basement area, found 50 or more rat droppings on the floor of the basement storage and prep area on the floor and on some storage shelves and 60 or more on the floor under the dishmachine in the main kitchen. Instructed to clean all areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) issued.

- comments: the following equipment need to be cleaned and maintained: prep tables, refrigeration units and freezers, exterior surfaces of all cooking equipment, bottom of fryers, wok station and steamers.

- comments: the exposed handsink is draining slowly in the basement prep area and needs to be corrected so that the water drains freely.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: no covered waste receptacle in womens washroom; instructed to provide a covered waste receptacle for feminine products.

- comments: the floors and walls around under and behind all kitchen equipment needs cleaning in the kitchen and basement area; instructed to clean and maintain.
