- comments: observed gaskets in poor repair on reach in coolers on cooking line. Replace gaskets and maintain refrigerators.

- comments: observed racks within coolers and walk in cooler are not smooth and easily cleanable. Restore racks within coolers so that they are smooth and easily cleanable.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed large equipment that is too large to fit in 3 compartment sink needs to be cleaned in place and kept free from the accumlation of grease and dirt. Clean and maintian exterior of large equipment and maintain.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed no food handler certificates available for food handlers. All employees that handle food must show proof of food handler certificate.
58. Allergen training as required
- comments: observed no proof of allergen training for certifed food manager. All certified food managers must show proof of allergen training.
