- comments: observed both hand washing sinks in kitchen with no paper towels. Instructed manager to provide paper towels. Manager stocked both hand washing sinks. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed black build up on the interior of the ice machine. Instructed manager to clean and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed utensils and single service cups stored in toilet room. Instructed manager not to store any single service articles or utensils in toilet room.

- comments: observed several non food contact surfaces with soil build up including: shelving in kitchen and in walk in cooler, walk in cooler door, and interior of reach in cooler in kitchen. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed inadequate waste water disposal at three compartment sink. When one compartment drains another one floods. Instructed manager to service 3 compartment sink. Priority violation 7-38-030 (c). Citation issued

- comments: observed outside oil receptacle with light grease build up. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed floors and walls with soil and debris build up throughout kitchen. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed previous core violations not corrected. Report2613266 dated march 6 2025 instructed facility to: 47 repair gaskets in reach in cooler and ensure that the shelving inside the walk in is smooth and easily cleanable and to 57 ensure there is proof of food handler certificates. Observed rusted and chipped shelving inside walk in cooler; observed ripped and torn gasket in kitchen reach in cooler; observed no food handler certificates on site for food handler employees. Instructed manager to address all previous cores. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
