10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed hot running water at disharea handwashing sink temperature of 130. 2f at the time of inspection due to the cold water mixture/handle not working. Instructed to have hot and cold running water at a minimum temperature of 100f-120f at all hand wash sinks. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030 c citation issued

52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: found waste water backing up at the floor drain underneath the 3-compartment sink when water is being drained at the 3-compartment sink in dishwashing area. Instructed management to call a licensed plumber and to discontinue washing dishes at the 3-compartment sink until the drain no longer backs up waste water. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed soiled mop heads not properly stored. Instructed manager to hang mop heads to prevent insect breeding.
