In an Oct. 10 inspection, health officials observed rat droppings in the food service area and live roaches behind the bar, according to the report.
Other violations include black mold inside the ice machine. Health officials advised the pub to clean and sanitize the machine to prevent cross-contamination. Officials also found grease build-up around the grill in the food prep area and on the walls near the grill, which creates a fire hazard.
Health officials also noted the floor sink in the back of the facility near the ice machine was covered in black mold.
