22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: 3-501. 16(a:2,&b) observed time/temperature control for safety food (about 10 bottles of milk, about 100 small packages of liquid dairy creamer) inside of a refrigeration unit at inadequate cold holding temperatures. At the time of the inspection, tcs foods was at 58f. Instructed to discard and denature said tcs foods and always maintain all tcs foods at 41f or below at all times. The manager discard about 20 lbs of dairy. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-005.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: 5-205. 15 observed a minor leak on a pipe located in the rear by the co2 tanks. Instructed to repair.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: 6-501. 12 observed toilet tissue scattered on the floor in the women's toilet room. Instructed to clean.
