- comments: observed no handwashing signage at handsink located in kitchen preparation area. Instructed to provide handwashing signage at all handsinks throughout establishment.

15. Food separated and protected
- comments: observed employee wearing gloves, taking money from customer and grabbing hashbrown (from hot holding unit) and putting it in a bag without tongs/changing gloves. Instructed manager to wash hands and change gloves when changing tasks. Priortiy violation 7-38-010. Citation issued.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed dirty floor drain under three compartment sink located in the rear dish washing area. Instrcuted to detail clean and maintain.
