Report date: Feb 16, 20248. Hands clean & properly washed
- comments: observed poor hygienic practices. Observed food handler handling dirty food trays put them inside the 3-compartment sink and then returned to the food prep area and began touching clean food trays in hot holding unit and no handwashing. Must wash hands at every possible contamination. Manager corrected the issue. Priority violation 7-38-010, citation issued.

- comments: observed no handwashing signage inside the washrooms. Instructed to provide and mantain.

- comments: observed manager with no hair restraint in the food prep area. Instructed manager to provided hair restraints for all employees in the food prep area.

- comments: instructed to detail clean the milk spillage inside of the milk refrgerator at front near the drive-thru area.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed dirty floors with dusts and debris at front service counter area. Instructed to clean floors in detail and maintain.
