10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed improper hot water temperature at hand washing sink by rear drive thru at 79. 7f. Also observed improper hot water temperature at hand washing sink by dish washing area 95. 7f. Minimum hot water temperature must be at 100. 0f or above through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Plumber corrected on site to proper hot water temperature. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed dust on food container handles that were stored in the hot holding units. Instructed manager to remove from unit and to properly wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry food containers. Manager corrected on site immediately. Priority violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed construction going on in dining room area with openings between plastic covering and ceiling, holes in flimsy plastic covering and holes in walls that are not completely sealed allowing dust and other particles into the food preparation area. Food must be protected from environmental sources of contamination. Must properly seal off kitchen from top to bottom with durable cover. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.
