- comments: observed inadequate waste water disposal/sewage back up observed in both customer's and staff toilet rooms standing & pooling feces and urine on floor in stalls and near hand sink,coming from underneath the door of women's toilet room. The smell of strong urine but when i flushed the toilets & urinals feces and urine came up from floor drains and it continued to stand and pool over the floor surface. Must remove feces and urine,clean and sanitize all floors throughout premises. (priority 7-38-030(c)(citation issued)(cos)
