- comments: no hot water in both the mens and womens washroom washbowls used for employees. Hot water maximum temperature in the mens washroom noted at 93. 9f after running for over five minutes and maximum temperature in the womans noted at 93. 5f after running for the same time. Instructed to provide hot running water at both washroom washbowls at a minimum temperature of 100f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: some areas in the upper area of the rear kitchen ice machine in need of cleaning. Must clean and maintain.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: soiled wiping cloth noted stored on packaged dry foods in the rear storage area. Must store all in use wiping cloths in the containers of sanitizing solution between use.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors under the cabinets at the front customer soda dispensing system and the floor drain under the to go window soda dispenser with dirt and debris. Must clean and maintain.
