- comments: observed a leak at the pipe under the sanitizing compartment of the three compartment sink. Water profusely pooling onto the floor. Instructed to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed outdoor garbage receptacle full of trash and the lid not able to close and remain tight fitting per city code. Instructed keep outdoor garbages lids closed and tight fitting and maintain, to prevent rodent harborage. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b), citation issued.

- comments: observed missing floor tiles at the final service window. Instructed to repair said floors and maintain in order to make floors smooth and easily cleanable.
