Me & my best friend went to McDonald's a few days ago in the morning, went through drive-thru had 2 breakfast wrap meals, fanta, a sausage/egg/cheese bagel and a hot chocolate.A day or so later and we both have been violently ill, me especially who had the 2 breakfast wraps with brown sauce. I remember it tasting really off at the time, whereas normally it's delicious. The meat in it was sort of 'off' like old pork.
For 4-5 days i've not been able to work or leave the house. I've had SEVERE pure watery bright yellow diarrhea every 15mins for days, awful stomach pains, violent projectile vomiting, chills, feeling unwell, fever, shaking, headache and muscle aches. I've had to take anti-diarrhea pills (loperamide) just to get some relief. I've literally had anxiety feeling so poorly.
This McDonald's is our local and was our favorite - will NEVER be going back there again!!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Muscle Pain, Chills, Stomach Pain, Shaking
