- comments: observed handwashing sink in the prep area not accessible; was blocked with cart and bread racks. Instructed manager,handwashing sinks must be accessible for employees to wash hands at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030,citation issued. Violation consolidated with above citation.

- comments: observed no hand paper towels or hand drying device at handwashing sink in the prep area. Instructed to provide and maintain hand paper towels at all handwashing sinks at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c).
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed black slimy substances on interior water components of the ice machine,dripping into ice 'ice is used for human consumption'. Management was instructed to turn off machine, remove ice and have interior of ice machine cleaned and sanitized and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005,citation issued.

- comments: observed a torn door gasket inside of the walk-in-freezer located in the lower level storage room. Instructed to replace the torn door gasket and maintain.

- comments: instructed to detail clean floors underneath all storage racks to remove spilled soda syrup,litter debris located in the lower level storage rooms and maintain.
