I ate food yesterday afternoon and got sick the next morning around 6 am,mcdouble cheeseburger, French fries, chocolate chip cookies and strawberry slushie. One of the items or a combination of all of the above made me sick. The food tasted strange but I ignored my gut instinct and ate it anyway. The burger tasted grainy and gamey, the bun edges were stale too, the fries were a little hard, the chocolate chip cookie tasted stale and old with a strange almost metallic aftertaste. And the slushie making machine was breaking down and having issues when I was there so any one of the items or a combination of all of them could have made me sick. That was the only thing that I ate that day and I ate around 3/4 PM and felt sick the next morning around 6:30 am when I woke up I have severe stomach cramps, constant diarrhea and a lot of mucus in my stool and on the tissue when I wipe. I didn't realize too how strange it was that a few hours after eating the same day I had a strong urge to use the bathroom twice but I didn't think anything of it until I woke up the next day with stomach pain that won't go away, sweating and constant diarrhea with mucus in stool. It was strange the way the burger was wrapped too. I ate inside the restaurant and they brought it to my table and it wasn't fully wrapped. It was partially wrapped, one end untucked and the burger was mostly cold but I was hungry and I never want to make a scene since I have social anxiety so I just ate it anyway. I seriously regret it today. It seems like a good amount of employees were more focused on fixing the frozen drink machine then food quality. It seems like I got a recycled burger and they were so distracted they didn't bring my drink to the table. They set it on the counter with no ticket, or info on it and didn't call out my number or anything either. The manager and others were talking about the machine stopping and breaking down again and then I stood there for a bit until the manager finally looked my way and I asked was that my drink. It was the usual red, icy looking type of drink in the right size that I ordered. She looked at it. Lifted it up, saw no tag or anything on it, and said I guess it must be, handed it to me and then walked away. This all happened after I ate most of my food when patiently waiting until I saw them place the drink on the counter and leave it there for a while and all employees walked around it like it was invisible so I got up at that time and made my way to the pickup counter. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Sweating, Stomach Pain
