- comments: ice scoop stored on the counter top. Instructed to wash and sanitize the scoop and store in the ice handle up or in a clean/sanitized container/bin. Maintain same.

- comments: leak at the base of the 3-compartment sink in the dish washing area. -hand sink in front of the mop sink not working. Instructed to fix and maintain all plumbing issues.

- comments: mops not properly stored when not in use. Instructed to store mops on 1st/2nd fl hanging up for proper air drying and maintain same.
