- comments: must clean the interior of all the front reach in coolers, counter tops, and prep stations (drive thur) to remove spills and debris. Also must defrost and clean the floors under rack inside the walk in freezer.

- comments: observed the outside garbage container in poor repair(missing lid) and not maintained. Observed the container overload with garbage with missing lid allowing possilbe food source for pests. Must repair and maintain. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-020(b).
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floor tiles cracked/broken in the rear area, also noted missing and/or damaged ceiling tiles also in the rear. Must repair and maintain where ever needed. Must be smooth and easliy cleanable
