Saturday 5/6/17 @ 1300 very Hungry. My husband was shopping at Costco. I let him off & drove to a mcdonalds on Rosecrans. CA I went thru the drive thru & ordered a egg turkey mcmuffin combo with decaff. Then. I ordered a turkey & cheese biscuit. I received everything except the decaff. They gave me regular bitter coffee. I also ordered a diet coke. I was going back to change my coffee but the drive thru had long lines. Went home dizzy and drove my husband & myself home. Felt very sick. By midnight began to vomit dark substance. My stomach kept heaving but there was nothing coming up. Sundays diarrhea hit all day.Monday morning at 0640 or so pain in stomach. Ran to bathroom diarrhea very bad. Could not go to work. Call nurse triage to see if i can go urgent care. Got an appointment for my doctor. Still not eating. Went to doctor told of symptoms she said Gastroenteritis. Gave me 3 meds & doctor note for my job. It is 1:04 a.m today 10 May. & I'm still having bubbles in my stomach & diarrhea. I was going to do Mcdonalds survey & complain. Thiis is day 4 & I'm calling my doctors to ask for more time to heal. The meds are not stopping the diarrea which is now water. Drinking Powerade to replenish me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Gas
