10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: noted no hand washing sink at the prep area of the cappuccino at the front. Instructed to install a hand washing sink at location. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). No citation issued.

- comments: oted no soap at the hand washing sink of the prep area and 2 at the front bar. Instructed to have soap and paper towels at all hand washing sinks. Priority foundation violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: noted no paper towels at the hand washing sinks of the bar. Instructed to have soap and paper towels at all had washing sinks. Priority foundation violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued. Consolidated with the above violation.

16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: noted high temperature dish machine with the final rinse gauge reading at 185f, however the irreversible temperature measuring deive has a surface reading at 156f. Instructed management that the internal water temperature should read 160. Priority violation #7-38-025. Citation issued.

- comments: noted low temperature dish washing machine in use not properly sanitizing. Sanitizing strength of sanitizer (chlorine) at the time of inspection was 00 ppm. Instructed not to use until equipment is properly sanitizing at minimum of 50 ppm. Manager immediately called for maintenance. Equipment not in use at the time of inspection. Priority violation #7-38-025. No citation issued.

43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: noted serving plates on shelves at the kitchen prep area not properly stored. Instructed to invert all serving plates to prevent dust accumulation.

52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: noted waste water from the drain pipe of the of the cappuccino machine and other pipes at the cafeteria draining into the bucket and the one compartment sink. Instructed to redirect the drain line into the floor drain or container

58. Allergen training as required
- comments: noted certified food managers on duty with no allergen training certification. Instructed management that all food service managers are required to have the allergen training certification.
