I ate at the salad bar only. I especially had the imitation crab salad with mayonnaise. I also had the lettuce & spinach & many of the fresh vegetables on the salad bar as well as the hard boiled egg & the blue cheese dressing. I also had the raisin bread with the iced topping. I ate at Millers in Lancaster on Saturday November 10 20018 between 12 -130pm. by 330 I had a wicked headache and started not feeling well as I became very tired and weak. I woke up to extreme diarrhea bad headache lathargic & lits of vomiting. Became Severely dehydrated very quickly. By afternoon I needed IV fluids and I had a fever of 101.6 . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Other, Weakness
