Report date: Jan 29, 202633. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: observed the walk-in-cooler in the kitchen prep area not maintaining proper temperature (with an air temperature of 61. 0f). No tcs foods held inside said cooler at this time. Instructed manager cold holding unit must maintain cold holding temperature of 41. 0f or colder at all times. Management immediately notified the service repair man. The said cooler is tagged "held for inspection" at this time. Instructed not to use until repaired. Priority violation 7-38-005,***see comments below***
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: all unused boxed materials piled up in the rear storage room must be removed from the premises and all other need items must be elevated at least 6"inches from the floor to facilitate cleaning and maintain. (must upgrade housing keeping).
59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: previous priority foundation violation not corrected from inspection report2629996 dated: 01/21/2026 10---5-204. 11: **pf** handwashing sinks- location and placement observed no handwashing sink at the front of the food serving line. Handwashing sink is needed in open food dispensing area. Instructed to provide a handwashing sink properly equipped with soap, handpaper towels, and required signage. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). (engineer was made aware at this time). (**see comments). Instructed to comply with noted violation and maintain by 2/2/2026. Priority violation 7-42-090.
