Beef Wrap Causes Illness - Moe's Southwest grill, New York New York

I went to moes in penn station around 12-1. I had ordered their wrap the bigger one. I had rice and ground beef. This wasn't the first time I've ordered this also. I also added a little shredded lettuce tom and cucumber. A and also a little of their ranch. The total came out about 8.70. To go. Once I got home I ate the chips and the wrap and I would say about two hours later I was throwing up uncontrollably and an hour later I couldn't control my bowel movement. I know I got sick from their food bc I didn't eat anything prior to eating this. That was the first meal I had all day. After that I was throwing up I would say until 11 at night. I'm still very weak this morning and very much in pain in my stomach. I don't know if they served me old meat or meat that had been sitting out too long, but I don't think it's right at all | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
