E. coli from Veggie Bowl - Moe's Southwest grill, Vernon Connecticut

I ate a bowl with olives, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, pico, tofu, and both rices. This happened on May 25th around 4:00pm. The following morning I woke up to diarrhea, and it didn't stop until Friday the 29th. Lab results came back and it's positive for E. coli. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
