I ate a bowl with olives, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, pico, tofu, and both rices. This happened on May 25th around 4:00pm. The following morning I woke up to diarrhea, and it didn't stop until Friday the 29th. Lab results came back and it's positive for E. coli.

My husband and I both had burritos (1 tofu and 1 chicken) and chilie queso. Within one hour we were both throwing up and experiencing diarrhea and fevers. We are currently still experiencing symptoms 20 hours later.
