- comments: observed previous priority violation not corrected from report #2610743 1/17/25. Closeup #25-004 observed approximately 35 small rodent droppings on shelving unit where tobacco is stored from shelving unit underneath nt register area, 6 small droppings in toilet room in corner where soiled mop is stored and on floor scattered behind wall where cleaning products are stored connected to prep area. Instructed to remove all droppings, clean and sanitize. Must correct. Priority violation. No citation issued.
