- comments: observed storage racks in walk in cooler with food debris, mold and rust. Surfaces must be smooth and easy to clean. Instructed to clean and maintain

50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed a trickle of hot water at faucet between rinse and sanitizing sinks of three compartment sink in dish area. Water is not sufficient capacity to meet the peak water demands. Informed person in charge facility must repair and maintain. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
