- comments: found dry food storage containers not labeled in storage area; instructed to label and maintain with name of product inside of container (flour, corn meal etc).

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: found rodent activity on premises. Observed 60 or more mouse droppings on the floor under the potato chip storage shelf against the wall and on the floor in the rear storage area under the dry ingredients (flour, corn meal); instructed to clean all areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed a live cat, litter box and scratching pole on site in rear storage area where foods are stored. The person in charge says that the cat belongs to a friend that is out of town. Instructed that no live animals are allowed on premises and that the cat must be removed. Priority foundation violation 7-40-060 citation issued. Corrected on site.

- comments: instructed to clean the following: interior bottom of fryers, exterior surfaces of fryers and grill, clean area under grill, clean exterior of deep freezer, clean inside of refrigeration units where needed, clean fan covers inside of walk-in cooler to remove dust observed.

- comments: the exposed handsink in the self serve coffee area is draining slowly; instructed to correct so that sink drains properly.

- comments: observed used standing mop water in bucket in rear storage area; instructed to dispose of water when done cleaning.

- comments: observced some water stained and damaged ceiling tile in washroom; instructed to replace tile where needed.

- comments: instructed to clean and maintain walls and floors around under and behind cooking equipment, under storage shelves on selling floor, remove dust from ceiling vents where needed.

- comments: the person in charge has no food allergen training certificate as required; instructed to obtain. (mohammed abdullah)

- comments: upon entering the store i observed the employee on duty (person in charge) smoking a cigarette behind the front serving counter. Instructed that no smoking is allowed inside premises at any time. Citation issued under the clean indoor air ordinance 7-38-015 first offense.
