- comments: found the three compartment sink not maintained; sink is leaking waste water when its drained and been collected with a buspan. Instructed management to get drainage system serviced. Priority foundation 7-38-025. Citation issued.

- comments: observed accumulated grease and food debris on interior and exterior surfaces of cooking equipment, prep tables, coolers, freezers, shelving units. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
