- comments: handwashing sink at front prep area not completely accessible due to dipping well is installed at right site of said sink. Instructed to remove dipping well or relocate it with proper drain connection to a floor drain. Priority foundation violation: 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: no handwashing sink installed at rear prep area (tcs food area handled and sliced) across from ice machine. Instructed to install handwashing sink at said area. Observed employee changing gloves; however, no handwashing. Priority foundation violation:7-38-030(c) citation issued. Consolidated with the above violation

- comments: noted rusty and dirty shelves inside service prep cooler at the kitchen prep area. Instructed to detail clean, repaint with non toxic food-grade paint, and/or replace

- comments: noted washroom on-premise with garbage receptacles and no lid. Instructed to provide trash cans with lids at all women washrooms and unisex washrooms

- comments: instructed to clean floor along wall base and underneath equipment, especially at the rear.

- comments: noted dirt and grease accumulation inside, on pipes/conduits, and edges of the exhaust hood and filters above cooking equipment. Instructed to detail clean and maintain hood, filters, and pipes/conduits.

- comments: noted certified food manager on duty with no allergen training certification. Instructed management that all food service managers are required to have the allergen training certification.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: noted the following previous core violation #51 rule #5-203. 15 from inspection report #2463523 dated 12/9/2020 not corrected. -no backflow prevention device provided at east ice machine water line, at prep/kitchen area. Must install so backflow prevention device may be located to be serviced and maintain. Priority foundation violation #7-42-090
