- comments: must provide stoppers for the three compartment sink.

- comments: must not use plastic bag as a liner for the grease trap at the three compartment sink and grease trap with excessive rust. Must remove rust.

- comments: no hot running water throughout the facility. Maximum hot water temperature at the hand washing sink at 53. 6f and 52. 9f at the three compartment sink. Must provide hot water at all hand sinks with a minimum temperature of 100f and 3 compartment sink with a minimum of 110f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
