- comments: observed rodent activiy (mice) in room #108 and in the lunch room: noted 30 droppings scattered along the wall base and in corners, also on shelving. Noted 10 droppings scatterd in the dry food storage areas. Instructed manager to remove droppings and detail clean all affected areas. Also call for service. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(a)

- comments: must clean the bottom shelf under serving line to remove debris and spills.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no garbage can with a lid in the teacher unisex washroom. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed holes behind the toilet in the kindergarten room #108. Must repair and maintain to prevent entry point for pests.
