9759 Arrow Route, Rancho Cucamonga, 91730 California, United States

Closure Date: 06-26-2022

Rodent and cockroach infestation. On May 3 the inspector didn’t find any live roaches but did see dead ones in several places, as well as an “excessive amount of dry rodent droppings” on the floor throughout the kitchen. During a follow-up May 19, an inspector found a dead mouse behind the ice machine, where there were multiple holes in the wall. There were about 15 rodent droppings on the floor nearby, 18 inside a box of salsa and two more in a box of gnawed-on sugar packets. The restaurant was allowed to stay open but told to clean thoroughly and seal up the holes. When an inspector went back a week later, there were fresh and dry rodent droppings in multiple areas, along with four live and five dead cockroaches, and the restaurant was shut down. Inspectors went back May 27 and May 31 and continued to see evidence of roaches and rodents.
