- comments: hot water temperature 77. 0f at handwash sink in warewashing area. Water at handsink was ran/tested for extensive length of time during inspection and was unable to provide minimum temperature of 100f. Instd to repair and have able to provide hot running water at minimum 100f at all times. Citation issued 7-38-030(c) priority
