- comments: observed prepackaged deli sandwiches at improper interior temp of 48. 9f inside display cooler. Discarded and denatured weight at 15lbs and at cost $95. Priority citation issued #7-38-005.

- comments: observed the front display cooler with an improper amibent temperature of 50. 9f said cooler hold tcs foods. Cooler tagged / held for inspection until said cooler can hold and maintain proper air temp of 41f and/or below. Priority citation issued #7-38-005.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed a few cooler doors with broken seal and/or gaskets. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: must detail interior of all reach in & walk in coolers to remove spills and debris.

- comments: observed the front hand sink with a slow drain. Must repair and maintain.
