- comments: observed a brown pinkish slime residue on the white interior panel of ice machine used for human consumption in the rear prep area. Instructed to schedule a cleaning appointment to detail clean and maintain. Priority foundation violation. Citation issued, 7-38-005.

- comments: observed torn gaskets on the interior of small reach-in cooler in the rear prep area. Instructed to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed facility without a chemical test kit on site for the sanitizer (bleach) being used for sanitizing. Informed person in charge a test kit that accurately measures the concentration in ppm of a sanitizing solution must be provided. Priority foundation violation. Citation issued, 7-38-005.
