- comments: observed no certified food manager on duty while tcs foods are being prepared,handled and served such as: cooked ground beef, and italian beef. Must be on site at all times. - comments: observed food storage containers stored on floor, in walk in storage unit must elevate 6' off floor and maintain

- comments: observed food debris build up from floor under,around,along wall bases of chest freezer and in both walk in storage coolers, must clean and maintain
