- comments: found no procedure/plan for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events. Instructed to provide and maintain required procedure/plan and appropriate supplies or kit. (necessary items at a minimum: gloves, face masks, disposable mops and appropriate sanitizer/spray that kills norovirus) priority foundation violation 7-38-005

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: instructed to repair meter handsink faucet at 2nd floor girls washroom (middle handsink) (annex building) and in first floor boys handsink (right side) old building washroom. Metered faucet should provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet and must be active for at least 15 seconds before needing to be reactivated.

Instructed to install an additional hand sink with hot and cold running water equipped with soap, and paper towels accessible to the front service line area.
