- comments: found no procedure/plan for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events. Instructed to provide and maintain required procedure/plan and appropriate supplies or kit. 10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: instructed to repair meter handsink faucet at 2nd floor girls washroom (middle handsink) (annex building) and in first floor boys handsink (right side) old building washroom. Metered faucet should provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet and must be active for at least 15 seconds before needing to be reactivated.
