- comments: observed a small table next to the cooks line hand washing sink being used for food prep. Must install a splash guard between the prep table and the hand sink. Manager removed the table.

- comments: small leak at the bottom portion of the grease trap on the three compartment sink. Instructed to repair/replace.

- comments: all unused coolers and unused ice machine must be maintained in working conditions or removed from the premises.

- comments: noted pooling dirty water at the floor/drain in the unused dish machine room. The floor drain is being used to discard wastewater. Instructed to clean and maintain, and use the designated wastewater utility sinks located throughout the building. ----missing/damaged baseboard coving in the main kitchen prep area, utility service sink room, throughout all dry food storage rooms, throughout canteen room where student microwaves are located.

- comments: insufficient lighting in the walk-in freezer. Must provide adequate lighting intensity.

- comments: the previous core violation from report #2498015 on 4-9-21 was not corrected. #55-: found walls not smooth and easy to clean in the following areas(chipping paint): women's restroom ice machine areas, and lunchroom office areas. Instructed to repair all areas to be smooth and cleanable. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090.
