- comments: observed missing handwash signage at the restroom on the second floor. Instructed to provide and maintain.

16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed low-temperature warewashing machine located on second floor bar area not properly sanitizing. The sanitizing residual concentration was observed at 0 ppm at the time of inspection. Instructed person in charge to repair to meet sanitizing requirements of 50-100ppm. Dish machine was serviced during inspection to 50ppm. Priority violation #7-38-025. Citation issued.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed clutter stored on first floor furnace closet. Instructed manager to remove all unused articles and equipment to prevent pest harborage.
