- comments: observed ice scoops stored inside ice bin located in front bar area. Must properly store ice scoops in a clean container to prevent contamination.

- comments: observed leaking faucet base at the eye washing station. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: observed dirt and food debris on floor underneath cooking equipment and underneath food storage shelving in rear food storage area. Must clean and maintain. Must maintain floor dry in kitchen food preparation area at all times to prevent pest breathing. Observed two missing ceiling tiles above rear food storage shelving. Must repair replace and maintain. Observed accumulation of dust build up on ceiling ventilation vent in front of the washrooms. Must clean and maintain.
